NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE PURCHASE OF ANY GOOD OR SERVICE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

The Americord Mother's Day Cord Blood Banking Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Americord Registry LLC, 68 Veronica Ave Unit 10, Somerset, NJ 08873 ("Sponsor" or "Americord"). The Giveaway consists of daily prize drawings leading up to and including Mother's Day 2025.

The Giveaway entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER: You are not required to register as a customer with, or make any payment to, Americord in order to enter (or win) the Giveaway. To enter the Giveaway, go to https://www.americordblood.com/100-free-cord-blood-bankings-for-mothers-day to access, complete, and submit the official entry form. To enter, you will be prompted to provide information which may include your first and last name, zip code, phone number, email address, baby's due date, your relationship to the baby, and how you heard about Americord. Entrants must complete all required fields in the online entry form and submit it online.

Only one (1) entry per person or email address is allowed for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for garbled, incomplete, late, lost, or misdirected entries. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. All entries must be received by the Americord server no later than 11:59 p.m. ET on May 31, 2025. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is offered electronically via the Internet and is open only within the United States where not prohibited by law. The Giveaway is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who have Internet access with a valid email address, mailing address, zip code, and telephone number, and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries; advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies; and legal advisors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in their same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Entrants who have won a prize from Sponsor in the last year may not be eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

PRIZE: One hundred (100) prizes will be awarded in total during the Promotion Period. Each prize consists of: free collection kit and shipping, free cord blood banking processing, and one (1) year of storage fees from Americord (the "Prize").

The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is $1,068—based on the non-discounted amount charged by Americord for the initial processing, preparation, shipping, and the current value of the annual storage fees for one year of storage. The Prize does not include cord tissue banking, placental tissue banking, or exosome banking; if a Winner chooses to add these or other services, additional fees will apply. Winner will be responsible for all applicable annual storage fees if Winner decides to continue storing their baby's cord blood after the first year included in the Prize.

All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other costs related to receiving, accepting, and using the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner may be required to present to Sponsor a valid U.S. driver's license or valid government-issued photo I.D. in order to receive the Prize. Sponsor will not award any alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution for the Prize. No reimbursements will be given to current clients of Americord. No other promotions, discounts, or referral fees can be combined with the Prize. The Prize is transferable prior to enrollment, subject to Sponsor approval and the recipient meeting eligibility requirements. The Prize must be redeemed (enrollment completed) within one (1) year of notification or it will be forfeited.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be selected each day from May 2, 2025, through May 31, 2025, in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee from among all eligible entries received up to the time of each daily drawing. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received up to the time of each daily drawing.

Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by telephone using the phone number provided at the time of entry, within approximately 24-48 hours following each daily drawing. If Sponsor attempts to contact a potential winner by phone and does not receive a response back from the potential winner (e.g., a returned call or direct contact) within forty-eight (48) hours of the Sponsor's initial contact attempt message (or first attempted call if no message can be left), the Prize may be forfeited at Sponsor's sole discretion.

A potential Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit or declaration of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement ("Prize Claim Documents"), as instructed upon notification. By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, voice, hometown, likeness, and any submitted photographs for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, unless prohibited by law.

If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible, chooses to forfeit the Prize, cannot be reached via phone after reasonable attempts within the specified timeframe, fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial contact attempt, or fails to timely return any required Prize Claim Documents, the Prize may be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining pool of eligible entries for that drawing day or the overall pool.

CONDITIONS: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Americord, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or telephone communications; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize, or from participation in the Giveaway; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. Americord reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, technical problem, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Please be assured that if the Privacy Policy changes in the future, we will not use the personal information you have submitted to us in a manner that is inconsistent with this version of the Privacy Policy without your prior affirmative consent.
