Dr. Robert A. Dracker, serving as Americord's Executive Medical Director, stands as a revered luminary in the field of cord blood banking. He is celebrated as a leading authority whose expertise drives our Research and Development team to new heights.  
  
Dr. Dracker shoulders the immense responsibility of overseeing every facet of our laboratory operations, from collection techniques to pioneering protocols, and from stringent procedures to securing vital licensing and accreditations. His unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality control is instrumental in ensuring the trust and confidence of our clients.  
  
Notably, Dr. Dracker played a pivotal role as the chief architect behind the formulation of New York's stringent cord blood banking licensing requirements, a testament to his dedication to advancing the safety and efficacy of cord blood preservation. Educationally, Dr. Dracker's impressive credentials include a Doctorate of Medicine from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse, a Master of Science in Health Services Management from the New School for Social Research, an MBA from Columbia College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from NYU.
