Jerry Sanchez serves as Americord's Client Services Manager. In this pivotal role, Jerry is entrusted with the mission of delivering impeccable biobanking experiences to every Americord family. His responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless stem cell storage, and facilitating stem cell releases for clinical trials and vital treatments.  
  
Jerry's journey at Americord began as a Stem Cell Consultant, where he honed his expertise and developed a deep passion for assisting families on their life-changing biobanking journey. His extensive background in customer support serves as a valuable asset, enabling him to establish meaningful connections with Americord families and provide them with essential updates on the latest advancements in stem cell research and technology.
