He has held several previous COO positions, and prior to those served in senior global leadership roles in human resources, technology, and data management for both private and public companies. He has held an executive director board member position at both private and PE-owned companies and has served on the senior leadership team of a non-profit working to improve lives and families impacted by addictions. Charlie is passionate for the health and well-being of families.

Charlie's educational foundation is equally impressive, with a B.A. in Computer Science and a minor in Economics, earned at Hamilton College. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University, showcasing his commitment to holistic business acumen. His professional prowess is exemplified by his current Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI, a testament to his mastery in the field.
