About the role
Americord Registry is seeking a senior-level analytics and operations leader to architect, govern, and continuously improve data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role combines advanced industrial and systems engineering methodologies with biological and chemical domain expertise to optimize complex, regulated operational and clinical workflows.
This is a management and strategy-focused role with enterprise-wide scope, requiring independent ownership of analytics initiatives, executive partnership, and measurable operational impact.
Responsibilities
Strategic Analytics Leadership

Own the enterprise analytics roadmap aligned to clinical, operational, and commercial objectives. |

Advise executive leadership through advanced data-driven insights and scenario modeling. |
| ● |
Establish governance standards for analytics, KPIs, and model validation. |
Advanced Process Optimization & Systems Engineering
| ● |
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering methodologies to regulated workflows. |
| ● |
Lead end-to-end process redesign across laboratory, donor, logistics, and billing functions. |
| ● |
Optimize throughput, cost, quality, and compliance trade-offs. |
Advanced Analytics, Modeling & Automation
| ● |
Design predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models supporting pricing, retention, and capacity planning. |
| ● |
Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis initiatives. |
| ● |
Oversee automation development using Python, SQL, and advanced analytics tooling. |
Predictive Analytics & Decision Science

Develop Next Best Action and channel optimization models. |
| ● |
Conduct simulation modeling and demand forecasting. |
| ● |
Identify operational risk and revenue leakage through machine learning and forecasting techniques. |
Operational Performance & Quality Management
| ● |
Design executive dashboards and scorecards using Domo, Tableau, or Power BI. |
| ● |
Apply statistical process control (SPC) to improve quality and reduce variability. |
| ● |
Quantify and track realized performance improvements. |
Data Architecture, Governance & Compliance
| ● |
Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance. |
| ● |
Partner with IT and engineering teams to maintain scalable and auditable data pipelines. |
People, Program & Stakeholder Management
| ● |
Lead cross-functional projects from design through implementation and measurement. |
| ● |
Act as a functional leader and mentor for analytics and process optimization initiatives. |
Qualifications

BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering and/or Chemistry or Biology (required).

|
MS in Industrial & Systems Engineering and/or Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related life-science discipline (required).

●
|
5+ years of experience in analytics, operations research, or process optimization.
|
|
●
|
Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, BI tools, and statistical modeling.
|
|
●
|
Lean Six Sigma experience and strong executive communication skills.
|
