Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Promotion Duration: This promotion will run from October 12, 2023, starting at 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) and will end on October 31, 2023, at 11:59 pm ET.

Eligibility: One entry per household. Participants must be legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older, and be part of an expecting family (i.e., be pregnant). Employees of Americord Registry and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win. To participate, entrants must fill out the form on the Americord Registry website at https://info.americordblood.com/wteu-sweeps.

Prize: The winner will receive 20 years of free cord blood banking with Americord Registry. This includes the collection kit, processing, storage, and standard shipping. Rush shipping not included. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Additional Costs: Winners are responsible for any additional costs related to additional services such as cord tissue, placental tissue, and/or exosomes banking. These are not included in the prize.

Winner Selection: A winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on November 1, 2023, and the winner will be notified via email.

General Conditions: Americord Registry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Americord Registry in its sole discretion.

Data Protection: All entrants agree that personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the sweepstakes.

Disputes: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
